Last Friday I start to realise how the days are getting bigger and bigger. At 5pm on my windows office I could still squint my eyes and imagine how the summer is getting closer as the light was started to gain some territory. I have pretty much the same routine as all 9 to 5ers and I easily notice when the dusk is even one more minute earlier.
My walk home is by the canals passing a very quiet area where only few cyclists are disturbing the silence and beauty. Or maybe a couple of ducks having a sudden fight over the best place to nest. Anyway you get the picture is mostly me and nature for a few moments.
Today it was so much light. It was impressive to realise how the atmosphere changed and a sudden life burst in all the corners. I played a bit with the settings of my camera to capture the best of it.
As I moved on going slowly towards my house I found one of the boats quite peculiar. It had a small wind turbine generator that was for sure put together by the owner of the boat. I did tried to hang around for a bit hopping to meet the interesting people that will build such a cutie. No luck, so I just abandoned it with the thought that I will go to see them on Saturday if they will be there.
Last but not the least my usual picture with the park's kiosk has a clearer and more bluish sky at 5.20pm. Summer is around the corner ๐
Lovely blue evenings and hugs,

I've been away for a week and I'm noticing it's lighter going to and from work. It can be depressing being in the dark every day
Yes maybe I haven't tried that option. I guess is difficult to live in Iceland or Finland, but we can get used to pretty much everything :)

Mind you, it might get boring without the changing seasons. We Brits like to complain about the weather, but we don't get the extremes that others see. It's interesting hearing from others around the world on Steem. I know some have lots of snow, but we panic if we get a couple of cm.
Very good photographic shots. Regards!
