EDIT I can no longer find the reference where it says they closed off other exhibits-- but it was the largest exhibition dedicated to a single artist ever presented at the Whitney...
-VERY relevant - from comet pizza instagram page... the "artist" (Jeff Koons) has said this pic was his wife, doubtful... The Whitney Museum seems to be complicit in some way (first time in their history they closed the other exhibits at the museum to highlight this artists exhibition) , and the rabbithole is very very deep...
