The value of politicians is getting deteriorated. From the recent developments in India, especially Kerala, we are finding that the that the only purpose of social service rendered by the political leaders is to get some votes. They are ready to go to any extend for that purpose. After winning the elections, they go back from the motto for which they conducted flag marches before the elections. Just go through the video by the media before the elections, you will be really surprised to see the change. After they get to power, they forget all the issues they rised in support with the voters. Even though they are able to solve the issue within days, they do not do. By the time, they will become the slaves of business people who push millions into their pockets. This story is true for all the political parties. But the people do not have much choices. When only 2 political fronts are available comprising of all smaller political parties, they have to go for one of them. Naturally they go against the existing ruling party because the memory of the most recent developments will be in the minds of people. they have forgotten the issues for which they pushed out the other front 5 years ago, and they come to power again. So, in effect both the fronts come to power alternatively every 5 years. This is happening in Kerala for the past many decades.
The solution to this problem can be only a good evaluation system which find scored issue based, for the performance of the ruling party regularly, and makes a comparison with the scores of the other front, without any bias. Artificial intelligence could help in this matter after a few years. When a proper scoring mechanism is implemented, they cannot cheat the people, who remember only very recent developments.
