"Russia" is such a versatile propaganda tool:
They blame Russia for Hillary's loss.
They blame Russia for the email leak (by Seth Rich).
They blame Russia for "hacking" the election (while they enjoyed much more effective bias from Google and Facebook censorship, and still lost).
They blame Russia for the need of such a large military budget.
They even blame "Russian bots" every time conservative hashtags start trending on Twitter, somehow justifying shadow banning the hashtags.
And this whole "Russian collusion"? They almost got this one right, only it was the DEMS and HRC that colluded with the Russians, with the Steele "dossier" and the Uranium One scandal.
