It’s very natural that we get angry time to time. For me, I get angry when I see people are going out of their limits, breaking moral rules, killing ethical grounds. I just can’t handle those bullshits. I become very angry but in situations like these, I need to control myself. The reason?? I can’t fight all of them. If I go to tell them anything, they will just make my life hell. You can ask, why would you have to tell anyone anything? It’s none of your business. And I guess you are right sometimes. It’s none of my business, but I get angry because of my moral grounds. Whatever, in situations, we must control our anger. What to do? Don’t just think about it. But, it’s not a simple or easy thing to do. Anything that makes you angry, you will just remember it again and again. To overcome the situation, you can read some books. Books that tell you about beautiful life, world, books that give you mental peace. You can even make a cup of coffee with sugar which will make you happy. Think of beautiful memories, see photos or watch films. Just divert your mind. Don’t think what happened. Many time, you must take actions against some people but not always. Anger is the biggest enemy that can ruin anything. Remember, we got only one life. And only love can make that life beautiful.
Stop being angry and start loving……..
