One Full Meal Only A Day- Do You Think You Can Do It?
I think I somehow heard from @dollarvigilante Jeff mentioned about his 1 meal a days "detox" before when I had extra time to chill and just curiously listen what his interviews were about.
But then when you come to a time you truly only challenge yourself to come to only spend about a dollar a day for food, and only one full meal (while you are still blessed with beverages provided in the office) will you able to survive it?
We're all looking for ways to get healthier, or maybe to remain healthy, and @littlenewthings is sharing a new way of eating and thinking about food in this post. He's taking some advice he read about here on steemit and utilizing it to see if he can cleanse the body.

And So The Snow Came- Wednesday Walk
So the snow reached me this week and Monday was a little snow on my walk but yesterday and today it was lots more ? I love snow, just not driving in it
Then Tuesday came and it was much more snow, and I looked outside the garden and it was snowing

We suggest not following the trail with 100%, steemauto has 2 ways of following a trail, static or scaled. We suggest using SCALED instead of static since static votes can add up quickly and drain VP very fast. We suggest using scaled and then maybe around 25%.
