INGREDIENTS
1 kg of salmon
50 ml of liquid honey
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons soy sauce with low sodium content
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon sauce Shriracha
2 pen chives, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
freshly ground black pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 190 C.
In a bowl, mix together honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, pepper, to taste.
Put the salmon on the prepared baking with two layers of foil. Pour honey mixture over the salmon. Fold the foil over the salmon, sealed.
Put in the oven and bake until tender, about 15-20 minutes. * Open the foil and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until salmon is not caramelizing and become slightly charred.
Serve immediately, garnished with onions and sesame seeds.
* Baking time can be adjusted depending on the thickness of the salmon.
