Today I am going to share a amazing recipe of sweet small cheese bars dipped in sweetend milk called( rasmali) this is very delicious sweet dish.Its actual recipe is different I had made a little bit different.I have divide this recipe into three steps to make it easy for you.It is very healthy,let see.

For making cheese
Ingredients
Fresh milk one and half kg ( separate one cup of milk from it)
Citric acid (tartri)or lemon juice if you are using lemon juice it should be full sour (of two lemon,s juice, use ccording to need) citric
acid two tea spoon mixed with one cup of water(don,t use full this water is
used to make cheese according to need)
- Cardamom powder of / two cardamom
Recipe for making cheese
boil milk and take away it from fire and pour into it the one cup of milk which had separate, not boiled and water of citric acid approx two one tea spoon and Waite after one second mix the milk gently and gradually with spoon see if the milk has become cheese or not if it became cheese then it ok but if it not become cheese then add one tea spoon more water of citric acid when it became cheese then add half liter water to make it cool,strain and sqeeze very well the cheese should not so watery and nor so much dry .After that rub the cheese with your palm very well until it become smooth.Add cardamom powder,mix well and make 5 to 6 short bar of it and leave it and spread them in a deep tray.Next step is making sweet water .
Ingredient for making sweet water .
water / 2kg
sugar / 1/2 kg
Recipe
add all sugar in water and cook it for 15 to 20 minute then add all the cheese bar in this water and cook it for 20 to 30 minute cook these on high or normal flame, change the sides with soft hands after every 2 or three minute,take another bowel and take tap water in it and take one cheese bar and drop it in to water if it ,ll straight go in to the water that mean your cheese bar are ready,if the bar ,ll swim in water then cook the bar again until it cook, it ,ll become
flat and bigger in size.When these bars ready then soak them for five minute into tap water and take them out after squeezing. Drop the water and take fresh water then again soak the cheese bar and take out them after squeezing.Repeat this process two or three time it make the cheese bar soft. Spread all the cheese bars in a deep tray .Next step.
Sweet milk.
ingredient.
Milk / one and half kg
sugar / 2 table spoon (you can add less or more according to your taste)
cardamom / 2 pieces
Recipe.
Take half liter milk and boil it for 5 minute and add sugar and cardamom in milk and again boil for 10 minute, allow it to become cool on room temperature ,and pour all milk on cheese bars ,take left milk which was one liter boil this milk add some sugar and boil until it become thick and it,ll be half of its quantity ,allow it less hot and pour it on cheese bars you can spread almond and pistachio on it I had not sprinkled.I add some food color, it is not necessary, eat after three hour , I hope you,ll like this recipe.
