This is the Lovesniper Retention curation initiative aiming to retain those quality content creators after making their introduction posts. It was observed that after newbies made their introduction posts, their succeeding posts are often ignored. This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. As compilation posts are also done, this will highlight the newbies and will give the community an idea which newbie to look out for.

Hello beautiful Family & Friends community, thanks in advance for reading my posts and commenting on them.We are on vacation, my daughters are at home, my wife, who is from Carúpano, a town about 120 km from Cumana, has her mother and brother living there. Although my wife's relationship with her mother is quite close, we hadn't been to visit her so far this year, occupations always play against strengthening family ties.

Sometimes I feel that I live in the wrong era, because I observe that nowadays love is taken more lightly, in a superfluous and immediatist way. In spite of the experiences I have been through, I still believe in true love, the unconditional, the one that shares the moments of happiness and that is even more present in the moments of difficulty. At least that's how I have been in my relationships, despite having many flaws, I have always tried to give the best of me when I am in a couple.

There is no perfect company, nor perfect management. I have been in this company for five years and more now. My experience on my first month was a struggle. I able to survive because my co-worker are approachable, nice and understanding. I need to include the "understanding" part because from my past experiences at work, my co-workers are not understanding, in a way that I look funny when I ask questions when I think it is just normal for a Newbie to do that. I told myself on the first day of work, I will never report again to work the next day if my co-workers are just like before.

You might have noticed that I started to do some sketches recently using pen and not pencil. Initially it was a bit unusual because in the past I used pencil to erase any incorrect lines and of course could improve then the drawn image. When using pen, there is no way back, that means if you made a mistake then the whole work is spoiled. But then when I was doing my work I was very careful and were doing slowly.

Today I am with you, to share for the first time one of my drawings.At first I started with pencil, and I must confess that I am used to leave all my sketches in black and white; so painting in color in this case with the help of watercolor, was a challenge and a pleasant experience for me.
