Thank you for your feedback. We all discuss many of the things you have mentioned in our Discord and you are more than welcome to join us. There are a lot of new developments currently being worked on which will address most of the things you mention.
If your cards are not synchronised then it is possible that you do not have popups allowed as the synchronisation happens whenever you visit the cards page. No one else has reported any problems other than not having popups enabled.
We are not away of any issues with winnings not arriving. Please can you provide more information in the support channel in Discord.
