Being a science student, naturally this is an issue.
However, I want to point out a quote that Marcia Angell, a former editor of The New England Journal of Medicine (A very prestigious journal) made.
It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of The New England Journal of Medicine.
Point being even with the "good" research is questionable.
I have that quote saved as well as a few others. I might go back and add them to this post and I might not. I will certainly share them with everyone a little later, maybe in another post. Thanks @supremelongevity
