Get comfortable, drop your shoulders, take a deep breath, become fully present, close your eyes and listen.

‪What you are resisting is enabling it to persist in your life. What?! How can that be? Think about your attention like a stream of energy. Wherever you direct it is what it fuels. So resistance is futile. You are still fueling whatever it is that you wish would disappear.‬
‪•‬
‪So rather than resist we must address whatever needs to be dealt with. You can not avoid dealing with it if it’s present in your reality. First comes acceptance. Acknowledge it and now move into problem solving how to deal with it. Once it’s dealt with, let it go! Do not keep allowing your mind to pull it back up over and over again. Hold your attention instead on what you want to fuel next!‬ What you resist, persists! - Daily Inspiration
