I like this... except this particular item I'd re-write... only because it requires the reader to come to their own conclusion of the benefit.

We make it easier for readers if we just go ahead and state the obvious;

When the Steem price is down, it lets you get more Steem on payouts. So if you have a post paying $10 as SP, you'd get 10 SP when Steem costs $1, but if it were only at $0.50 you would get 20 SP.

When the Steem price is down, you earn more Steem on payouts. The benefit here is that when steem price rises again, all of those "extra" steem you just earned will be worth more too....

Example: So if you have a post paying $10 as SP, you'd get 10 SP when Steem costs $1, but if it were only at $0.50 you would get 20 SP
