Yes, first I've modified the numbers to daily payouts (2 days -> 1 day) and than to 12000 SP delegated (from 24000 SP).
Basically you were comparing daily payout from @tipU to smartsteem payout that was accumulated trough 2 days.

Also, keep in mind that Tipu is paying primarily in SBD, and thus these are liquid payments. Your payments from others are heavier in STEEM and thus are locked, providing you with an unpredictable rate of return in fiat.
