Hi Guys! I'm new to the Steem and I have some questions...

I have joined a few days ago, like 3 or 4.
I'm not a selfish guy, I want to help otheres, if they are likeli to help me.
I will be resteeming all posts from My Feed that I can, but the rule is, it has to be Post of the Account that Follows me.
Also I want to earn some money from my posts and videon on D.tube to upvote your posts, so we will get money together.

Lets go to the questions:

1. How to increase Delegated Steem Power?
   I have done a lot of things for those 3-4 days. Upvoted a lot of posts, resteemed, posted, commented ( once ) and my Delegated Steem Power was increased from 14.000 to 14.003. I don't think that is enough to get even started, my upvote is worth like 0.001, up to 0.003, which is... like 0. What should I do?

2. I know that post earns money for 7 days, but I do gain money after 7 days from the time I had upvoted it or from the day that the post went to inactive? Please explain it in comment.

3. Is my idea from the first paragraph of that post bad? You think that will work to get some money for start?
   Please help me, I'm just a newbie.

@lemoney - I like your initiative and enthusiasm. However, you have gotten it backwards in what you are focusing on - the rewards.
I think it helps to know who you are and what makes you different and what you can contribute and make your mark first! The rewards will follow.
However, if you are really interested to grow fast, find one that has done so.
I have grown faster than most by investing in Steem and then Power Up.
Having said that, it is important to understand what you have to give:

• upvote
• comment on posts or comments
• resteem
• posting original contents

1. upvote
   -- every upvote depletes your SP by 2% unless you have 500 SP or more and you have sliding scale to vote at less than 100% (although there are ways around that - look for those posts if interested)
   -- every vote impacts two things:
   --- reputation score (you need a high reputation score to help someone with lower reputation score - this is not in your favor)
   --- reward (you need more SP to give with your votes - your 100% vote is not worth much)
   -- so, in conclusion, upvoting is not going to help you much because you have 10 votes to give (it replenishes at 20% per day and depletes at 2% per vote)
2. comment on posts or comments - this is probably the best that you can do. Also, be mindful of your bandwidth (both your SP and bandwidth are limited unless you gain SP one way or the other). So, be selective and watch your usage of bandwidth as well.
3. resteem - I have not found much benefits in doing so, but, I could be wrong.
4. posting original contents - the key is original and NEVER copy and past until you understand how to do it without getting flagged by bots - you will find them doing so if you read a lot of posts.
