Thanks for turning some smiles on my face while reading this :-)

Vegan is a bit more hardcore than vegetarian. No real need if you find some happy cows and chicks around i would say.

But why bother so much with technical daily needs? I never bothered about e.g. proteins, they are not that important and include some pulses/beans if you really want them.

Our bodies are very magic, they adapt. They are also tuned to our initial type of food, that is an issue when you change and it takes time, better we know that.
