A Top19WitnessWhale posted today, that we are fighting over nothing, because in the future .. if we have a drastically increased # of users (which many would say we do not deserve at this point) ... post rewards will actually go down!!?? Someone else, who has done well on the platform, reminded that this is only for the average user and below - uh huh but there will be none of those "average users" - they will be happy on Facebook and WeChat, and STEEM will be de-listed.
Are we helping to build something that has and will be of benefit to a few club kids, who have already made-out like bandits? Are we throwing away our ideas on a platform that doesn't pay now, and will pay even less in the future!?
Honestly, perhaps it is better to just buy BITCOIN or DASH and wait, there is no guarantee STEEM is getting back to a $1.00, not with the fighting, the absent founders, the lack of a profit-sharing model for advertising on this site .. no advertising plan whatsoever .. and now this unhappy news: Get Upvoted 10000 times, flagged 2000, get a max. 30 cent payout .. ?

Merriment aside, you raise some serious concerns! People need to open their eyes wide and start asking serious questions and demand improvement - many of the powering-down already-STEEM-rich may very well no longer care about "The Future", while we watch the STEEM price sputter and fall, our doe eyes still full of illusory hope.
