RE: GAMER Buyback System is LIVE

Excellent. Problem we will have they will jump ship as they have most the steem and not in steem power so can easily exit. I'm not sure how successful we will be but if this stops anyone else being scammed I am happy with that, I'm a gambler used to losing but some people rely on this for an income and that's not right exploting them. Please @ me in to whatever your doing I'm in with you no problem

They don't have as much incentive to do that as you think, because their site is external to Steem. We need to go after their MAIN operation via the wider online gambling community. I've already made some headway on this, and with the current evidence I have (plus some additional evidence from you and a few others) I will start the process by submitting a complaint through this organization : https://www.askgamblers.com/submit-complaint which is set up for this exact kind of issue. Before I go the legal route I want to see what these folks have to say, and then go from there. They do a good job of making clear that this concept of "fairness" (provably fair) is NOTORIOUS for being exploited by the casinos, so the argument of these @kryptogames ANIMALS is just pre-written FLUFF. These sociopaths have already designed "all the polished answers" for the more gullible players - but NOT for the "smart guys" like us. The SMART thing for @kryptogames to do is offer a proper SETTLEMENT on this issue, paid in Steem, because I am VERY SERIOUS about as far as I need to go on this to produce SIGNIFICANT reputation damage to this scam operation. I have quite a good track record of successful legal actions in the past, and I would STRONGLY recommend that these scammer cut their losses before the consequences start to grow out of control. I am requesting 1,300 of the Steem that I lost (after realizing this is a scam) PLUS .048 worth of BTC in Steem (~ 2,000 Steem) (which I sold on Coinbase at the time for $506.10 USD) for the BTC I dumped into a different casino to chase the original loss incurred by this scam, PLUS 1.00 Bitcoin Cash (BCH - (~ 1,250 Steem quoted today) sold at $312.37 USD via Coinbase at the time - with screenshots of all transactions) which I also dumped into the other casino for the same reason. So that's around 4,550 Steem (plus 450 Steem for the aggravation, so 5,000 Steem) compensation to avoid this issue from becoming more damaging for @kryptogames. If they're smart they will settle. I do NOT have any similar complaint with the other casino as I with this one, as they are a large casino with a good track record, and a more "natural" feel to the game. I lost there mainly due to fatigue. If i hadn't had the problem with @kryptogames I would not even have attempted to win the lost Steem back (via BTC and BCH), and so I am including those in the request for compensation. So there you go @kryptogames, 5,000 Steem paid to my account, which I will immediately "power-up" (so it doesn't just seem like I'm out to get the $$$ and run) OR I will continue increasing the pressure on this issue whether you like it or not. There are enough smart gamblers out there online who will be able to see and agree that your system is rigged, and it is better that you settle NOW rather than face MUCH LARGER damage to your reputation both here on Steem AND on the wider internet. I will continue with my plan DAILY on this, including spreading word of this scam to other high-profile players and admin here on Steemit. Should be interesting to see what will come of this.
