I often open 20 to 30 posts at a time as my reading queue. If I know and trust the content of the poster, I will upvote it as I'm opening the post as it may be an hour or more before I come back to it.

That's a good idea, especially since I usually try to wait 30 minutes to vote. If I just opened a new tab I wouldn't risk losing sight of the post I'm wanting to upvote later... Thanks @shadowspub!
