5 Basic Rules
I want to write about some basic rules of weight loss in this post. I hope it will be helphul. I determine 5 basic rules and I will aplain about these fundemental rules which you should take attention.
#1 You should have a realistic goal and a you have a time frame
Don't forget! This will be a long journey. So you will need time to set a new lifestyle, so firstly you get a realistic goal. For example; "I will lose between 1 kg per week." This is a realistic goal and contains a time period. So the first rule is ok for you.
#2 You should live peacefully with your weaknesses
This means, you should take an honest look at your current situition and nutrition habits. For example, if you have a arm injury before, you can take low impact exercise.
#3 Fight with your excuses
For sure we all have many excuses about our exersices or diets. Sometimes we think we don’t have enough time for these activities? Maybe you hate repetitive exercise! 60 minutes per day and 2-3 times a week. So you should find an alternative ways yo your excuses. For instance take a group classes, like zumba, kickboxing or yoga.
#4 Research
In fact, there are so much exercises and nutrition plans. Maybe most of us can be good for you to loose weight but best way isto searching different options and deciding which routines fit to your lifestyle. After searching you should jump to taking action.
#5 Hold your motivation top
Sometimes you can feel your inner motivation low when it goes badly about loosing weight. Then you should keep your routine fresh and tap your weight loss motivation.
