Train crash in Barcelona injures at least 50

About 50 injured, one of them in serious condition, were the result of a train collision at a station. The accident occurred at 7:15 am (local hour) this Friday in Barcelona. The information was advanced by the Spanish emergency authorities and is being cited by the Spanish newspapers El Mundo and El País.

There is no official conclusion yet, but initial information indicates that the train has not been able to slow down before the end of the line and hit the platform.

54 people were affected (the first balance was wounded 48 passengers), 19 inspire some care and have already been transferred to hospitals and medical centers.
