There are millions of people relocating to different areas each year and some rank at the top year after year and we can still see that for now it looks like plenty of people are choosing Texas and Florida as the place to go for.
Some of the states where people have been leaving frequently are areas like New York, California, New Mexico, and others. Packing up all of their belongings and going to places like Florida and Texas, but also South Carolina, North Carolina, and Arizona.
Why make the move? There are many common reasons, family and work often prompt people to move but they aren't the only reasons. It could be for the weather, medical reasons, quality of education, access to healthcare, crime issues, cultural preferences, or taxes.
Why are people choosing Texas and Florida? They aren't without their own problems and some people have been forced to move away when they see their fees going up for their HOA and other living situations, but it's still wildly popular as a destination. The weather, tax situation, diverse lifestyle, these are still pulling people to the area.
