in #travel5 years ago

Lake Tsoka(措卡湖), is a holy lake for the local people, and also a secret site , not many people will come here .
In legend ,the water in this lake available to heal disease ,blind eyes ,broken bones ,that's why it treat as a holy lake , but of cause ,it just legend.
Fishing is not allow here , so the fish feel free and not afraid people.

The water is so green and clean, I like this lake very much !

Behind the lake ,is a temple. The temples in Tibet all so magnificent, even in a small village.

The National Highway 318, Peng said he must come here , I ask why, they said all the people who walk and cycling to Tibet are via this road , and Litang(理塘) ,ever was the highest city around the world , and A big 318 Logo here , many people will take photo here .

Our lunch , a local Hot pot , these days , we would try best to have some local food if we can, otherwise , when we come back home , maybe have no chance to eat.

Really a good place to take photos with these flats ! It can kill many storage in your camera !

Walk to Tibet, already black like an African !

We arrived a very high mountain ! The altitude is 4696 m, someone feel headache again, I am still feeling well , but after a small run , I also feel earache .(Remind, don't run at the high altitude area, it's dangerous , even you are very healthy !)

Strong wind ,and the lake still some ice cover .

After dinner , we go through a very dark and narrow road drive to the hill, in this environment of cause need to talk some scare story , our leader driving the car and keep asking us stop !

Why we drive to the hill at night ? see below ! In order to take this photo, we almost catch a cold !but it worth !
