This airport is huge but at least it is very easy to navigate to where you need to go. Everywhere you turn there is something you could buy that you need to make your travels more comfortable. I will say the women's bathroom stalls could be a little be bigger so that our luggage could go in there with us.
Also if they could add some hooks to behind the bathroom stalls, it could make our little trips to the bathroom much easier.
This is one of the best airports I've ever traveled through. It's easy to navigate, clean, and has a very good variety of shops and restaurants. I also enjoy the artwork and displays paying tribute to the history of the city and the state. You'll also get some pretty impressive views of Chicago as you arrive or depart.
