Description
I created this community to share summaries and insights on self-help books. In the middle of the pandemic I found myself a bit sad, unmotivated and without money to pay a coach or a therapist. So I started with the cheapest resource I could invest: books. In this community I share daily (that's the challenge!) a complete summary + my own insights about reading and what it has changed in my life.

At the end of each summary, I also want to suggest a practical exercise, which I did myself with the knowledge of the book.

You can also participate by sharing abstracts about your favorite books or starting your own challenge!

Rules

On the end of each summary I propose some kind of exercise/ action related to the content of the book. You can make it and post your exercise on the comments below
