I started eating vegan not too long ago because animal products seemed to hurt my stomach after every meal my entire life really. I was thinking maybe it's just the dairy, Cut that out still had pain. The last thing I hadn't tried was eating vegan, so far so good. I'm not into processed and canned foods and tofu/bean curd isn't appealing to me in the least. So, I'm basically eating vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, rice. These sort of things. In the beginning it was a struggle, now not so much as my pain went away once I started eating this way. I am not going to lie, but the beans did make me gassy at first, :( but my body has adjusted.
