Maybe the man is trying to save his son from drowning in emotions that is killing him and he does not want his son to suffer the same way that he does. The fish seem to represent the killers of our emotions that are causing us to fall.

Have you found out who the artist is? I would love to know what his idea behind it all. Perhaps some if not most of the assumption here is correct and the winner gets to bring home that wall lol!
haha nope! I have a feeling there was a 'city beautification' project some time ago, because there are so many of them around, but absolutely no mention of any of the artists!
That makes them more interesting. Giving to the city with anonymity I think is a noble act. In this age and time where everything has to be documented and shared, to be liked, to be know, I admire the thought and the act.
