RE: Street Art from Playa Del Carmen, Mexico ...HELP! What does it mean??

That's a really cool mural and I love how you ask your readers for interpretations. I love that kind lf stuff so here's mine ;)

The part below the water made of rocks is the "permanent" part of the person. Things he's always done/felt which won't ever change. It could also be the past, and kind of the foundation of that person. Then there are always parts about people that change when making certain experiences. It's also short-term emotions opinions and decisions, which the different faces show. Over time, of course, some of those establish and some parts of that person are left behind. That's what the boat with the person on it shows. Some sad memory is let go. And because letting go hurts, the large person on the left looks sad.

So that's my interpretation

love your interpretation! I can totally see that now ;)Wow @tripswithtam, I absolutely

I was feeling such a sense of sadness from it, but I couldn't seem to figure out why. I really like how you managed to include short-term and permanent "parts" of a person...so clever! And your idea of letting a sad memory go is also spot on. Nice work ;)

Thank you so much for adding tremendously to this discussion. I really appreciate it ;)

Thank you :)

You are most welcome!
