I hope you never get depression. It's the worst thing that could happen to someone. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety back on 2019 and it was the worst year of my life so far although I'm glad I was diagnosed right on time.

I'm still struggling with those conditions, but I'm way better now and now I know how to recognize and prevent depression and anxiety episodes.

I know depression is bad.
And I believe I won't reach that stage.

I always do. Everytime I feel depressed or anxious I act quickly and I start my breathing exercises and then when I feel better I watch a movie, a series or some anime so I can distract my mind from those thoughts. It really helps me a lot.
