Morrocan roasted spiced chicken.
It's a morrocan theme to roast/deep-fry a full chicken , with all the yummy spices and herbals delicies in its belly.
Veggies are a must to go as a side dish , for this platter the veggies were just boiled in salted water , tip it's even more delicious if u make a spiced/cheesy sauce to pour over it.
Spinach and white rice.
