Gaming: Refers to a kind of application promoted by hardware vendors in the hope of selling extreme high-end PCs. It worked like a charm. Gaming software distinguishes itself by being a multi-billion dollar industry producing applications that consist of a GUI and nothing more.

Garbage: Bits of trash.

Geolocation: The place where you left your iPhone.

Glossary: An idioticon like this. 

Google (To), verb: To spend endless hours navigating through trivia in a fruitless search for knowledge that cannot be found in Wikipedia.

GNU: TIARA stands for TIARA Is A Recursive Acronym. The same can be said for GNU: GNU (is) Not Unix. Sad to say, this acronym trick went forth and multiplied.

Grammar Checker: A word processor feature designed for masochists and fools. If enabled, the grammar checker will sneer at your writing skills, without pity or justification. If you follow its advice, it will rob them of all meaning.

GUI: A dollar generating interface idea invented by Xerox, purloined by Apple and fully exploited by Microsoft.
