How to make 2D Cartoon Image for your Display Photo using your Mobile Phone

I wanted to make a cartoon image for my Display Picture (DP) on Facebook and Twitter, and because it is Pride Month, I also want to add a rainbow flag makeup on the Photo.

I started with this selfie I took with Masangret Cove, the "Blue Lagoon" of Agno, Pangasinan, behind me.

I first had to transform this image to cartoon using Cartoon Photo Editor, then I removed the background using Adobe Photoshop Mix - Cut-out, Combine, Create.

Next, I made a sketch out of this photo using Cartoon Photo Editor.

I then used Adobe Photoshop Mix to overlay the above photo with the lagoon as its background. I used the app SketchBook to color the image.

Now, to add the rainbow face makeup on the photo, I searched for "Transparent Rainbow Vector" on Google, and downloaded a rainbow image, and using Adobe Photoshop Mix, I added the rainbow on the photo.

Next, using FaceApp, I changed the background image to "Zoom" under "Blur", and using Adobe Lightroom, I adjusted the saturation of the photo to a lower number to appear darker.
