Interesting piece . It’s hard in the likes of sport if you get punched in the face, it’s a bit hard not to think angry thought. I can just imagine getting your head punched off you and trying your hardest to think happy thoughts . “This is fine “ 😂😂😂. But it is another way of looking at it and it is very true

I agree 😂, although the diff with the 3 principles as far as I understand it (I'm a newbie) is that you allow thoughts to pass rather than try to overlay with new happy thoughts. Sure, you feel angry cos you're thinking angry thoughts but those thoughts will pass if you let them go.
