Found a Working Method to Fix Sleep

It worked!

Got up around 12 PM before the alarm went off. So here's the method:

  • Wake up after 6 hours of sleep
  • That night, go to bed at the same time as previous night
  • You'll wake up without an alarm at the same time as yesterday, but this time you're well rested and had about 9 hours of sleep.

Gonna keep doing this until 4 AM.


Tomorrow's wake up time: 9 AM


Also, had 50% of meal as raw vegetables today, was a torture to eat.
