Ey yo here I am with a little determination more!
So to get up early, one has to want to go to bed early. How can you do that? By being tired. How can you do that? By:
- going for a walk post dinner.
And that's what imma do from the day after.
- Switching off tech an hour before bed,
because before that I can't stop using 'em.
The only technique that'll work
So today I got up at 1 pm. I'll add 16 hours of awake time to it = 5 am.
I'll go to bed at 5 am today and, every day from today
- wake up 1 hour earlier than the previous day, go to bed after 16 hours from wake-up time.
I'll use Sleep as Android app for that.
That should do it.
It's the next day. I've successfully done those 3 things.
