Cały dzień w domu, energia mnie roznosiła. W najbliższym czasie czeka mnie malowanie pokoju córki, myślałem, że zacznę to wczoraj, ale byłoby to bez sensu. Za oknem szalały ulewne deszcze, a pomalowane ściany wymagałby wietrzenia. W następnym tygodniu będę miał kilka dni urlopu, to uporam się z tym małym remontem. A tymczasem dla zabicia czasu poprasowałem swoje ubrania, trochę się tego nazbierało i pomogłem żonie posprzątać pralnie.
Mimo tego, że przez cały dzień byliśmy w domu, to kurier z GLS nas olał, dostałem tylko powiadomienie, że "w związku z tym, że nikogo nie zastałem w domu, ani u sąsiadów paczka zostanie dostarczona do punktu dystrybucji, gdzie można ją odebrać...". Wkurzyłem się, bo to drugi taki przypadek w ciągu tygodnia z tym dostawcą.
Wieczorem nie wytrzymałem i zabrałem torbę ze sprzętem sportowym i pojechałem na siłownię do bazy. Po drodze zorientowałem się, że przestało padać, wpadł mi wtedy do głowy plan wieczornego biegania. Większość ścieżek w bazie jest dobrze oświetlona, a te, które nie są, znam na pamięć. O ruch samochodów nie musiałem się martwić, bo nie biegałem wzdłuż ulic. Fajne bieganie po zmroku, miałem ochotę na więcej, ale przez problemy gastryczne w pewnym momencie musiałem szukać najszybszej drogi do szatni.

In the evening, I couldn't take it any more, so I picked up my sports bag and drove to the base gym. On the way I noticed it had stopped raining and a plan for an evening run popped into my head. Most of the trails at the base are well lit, and I know the ones that aren't by heart. I didn't have to worry about traffic because I wasn't running on the roads. A fun run in the dark made me want to run more, but gastrointestinal problems at one point made me look for the quickest way to the changing rooms.
