Rozpoczynam nową przygodę z planem treningowym od Garmina, tym razem nie będą to wyłącznie treningi biegowe, ale przede wszystkim. Na pierwszy ogień poszedł "Easy Run", czyli spokojny bieg w drugim zakresie tętna. Dla mnie to nie był wcale łatwy bieg, utrzymanie tętna poniżej 140 bpm jest o wiele trudniejsze niż utrzymanie określonego tempa biegu, szczególnie w przypadku, kiedy po kilku pierwszy krokach biegu osiągam graniczne tętno. Wiem, że tego typu treningi potrzebne są do budowania wytrzymałości, ale są to jedne z najtrudniejszych treningów dla mnie.

[ENG] I'm embarking on a new adventure with a Garmin training plan, and this time it's not just running training, but mainly running training. First up was the 'Easy Run', which is a leisurely run in the second heart rate zone. For me, this was not an easy run at all. Keeping my heart rate below 140 bpm proved to be much more difficult than maintaining a certain running pace, especially when I reached a limit heart rate after the first few steps. I know this type of training is necessary to build endurance, but it is one of the most difficult for me.

Przez cały czas musiałem kontrolować tętno, a te szalało, wystarczyło, że na ścieżce pojawiła się jakaś przeszkoda, którą musiałem obiec i zmienić na chwilę tor biegu, to od razu dostawałem powiadomienie "TOO HIGH". W trakcie biegu dziwiłem się, dlaczego nie pojawia się informacja o trzecim zakresie, bo po przekroczeniu granicy drugiego zakresu pojawiał się najczęściej komunikat, że jestem w czwartym zakresie. Dopiero później po zakończeniu biegu zorientowałem się, że w ustawieniach stref tętna był błąd. Z2 ustawione było do 140 bpm, Z3 to tylko 141-142 bpm, a jak tętno wzrastało do 143 bpm to wchodziłem w czwarty zakres. Wtedy zwalniałem i tętno spadało. Kiedy po treningu zrobiłem reset ustawień stref tętna, to okazało się, że Z2 powien być 130-143 bpm, a Z3 - 144-154 bpm. Nawet z takim błędem udało mi się wykonać zadanie w 73% co uznaję za dobry prognostyk na przyszłość.

All it took was an obstacle along the way for me to promise to change my running path for a while and I would immediately get a 'TOO HIGH' notification. During the run, I wondered why the third zone notification didn't appear, because once I passed the limit of the second zone, the message that I was in the fourth zone usually appeared. It wasn't until after the run that I realised there was an error in the heart rate zone settings. Z2 was set at 140 bpm, Z3 was only 141-142 bpm and when my heart rate rose to 143 bpm I would enter the fourth zone. Then I would slow down and the heart rate would drop. After the workout, when I reset the heart rate zone settings, I found that Z2 should be 130-143 bpm and Z3 should be 144-154 bpm. Even with this error, I still managed to complete 73% of the task, which I think is a good predictor for the future.

Wieczorem wyszedłem jeszcze na krótki specer po pogrożonej w mroku bazie, kilka ciekawych iluminacji uchwyciłem, ale pojawią się dopiero w jutrzeszym raporcie.
