  I'm glad he still fixes bugs for Bitshares. I would't call it a Ponzi but we have to admit that the team there is doing a great job PRwise.

  He went on vacation, which was smart given the current state of Bitcoin. Overtrading is a problem during such volatile times, and I'm sure he is keen on that.
