Bendecido día mis queridos y apreciados needleworkers, espero se encuentren bien. Bienvenidos una vez más a mi pequeño espacio creativo. El día de hoy les comparto otro de los proyectos que he estado haciendo esta semana como detalle para el día de las madres, el cual se celebra este domingo.

En esta oportunidad les traigo otro modelo de llavero que me encontré en un tutorial de You tube y que hace días también lo pude ver realizado acá en la comunidad por la amiga @blanca56, les invito a visitar su publicación.

En esta ocasión se trata de una pequeña rosa con una base elaborada con una tapa de botella desechable. Para este proyecto sigo trabajando con hilo pabilo, ya que es ideal para obtener la firmeza y textura deseada. Para la base usaré el color verde y para la rosa estaré usando un color rosado fuerte.

This time it is a small rose with a base made with a disposable bottle cap. For this project I continue working with wick yarn as it is ideal to obtain the desired firmness and texture. For the base I will be using green and for the rose I will be using a strong pink color.

Para iniciar el proyecto, lo primero que se hace es tejer un forro verde para la tapa que servirá de base para nuestra pequeña rosa. Para ello se teje un pequeño círculo en puntos bajos y se va ajustando el tejido a la medida de la tapa. Luego se teje un borde en puntos abánico, lo que hará la función de las hojas de la rosa.

To start the project, the first thing to do is to knit a green lining for the cover that will serve as the base for our little rose. To do this, we knit a small circle in single crochet and adjust the fabric to the size of the cover. Then we knit a border in stockinette stitch, which will serve as the leaves of the rose.

El patrón para tejer la rosa es bastante sencillo y es uno de mis favoritos, lo aprendí hace mucho tiempo y siempre que quiero hacer rosas, me decido por este patrón. Esta rosa se teje en tan solo tres vueltas. La primera vuelta se teje la cadeneta de base, mientras más larga la cadeneta, más grande resulta la rosa. En la segunda vuelta se trabajan puntadas en "V" y en la tercera vuelta se tejen abanicos en cada punto "V". Luego se enrolla el tejido dándole la forma de rosa y se cose con la ayuda de una aguja lanera.

The pattern for knitting the rose is quite simple and is one of my favorites, I learned it a long time ago and whenever I want to make roses, I always decide for this pattern. This rose is knitted in only three rows. The first round you knit the base chain stitch, the longer the chain stitch, the bigger the rose. In the second round you work "V" stitches and in the third round you knit fans in each "V" stitch. Then the fabric is rolled into the shape of a rose and sewn with the help of a wool needle.

Finalmente, se pega la rosa a la base elaborada con la tapa. Se le coloca la cadena y el aro para llaveros. También agregué un pedazo de cinta gross en los colores verde y rosado y el botón con el nombre de mi marca, para hacerlo un poco más personalizado. De esta manera se puede realizar un sencillo pero muy lindo detalle para el día de las madres. A mi me encantó el resultado y espero que austedes también le agrade.
