坊間不少抱怨買不到退熱貼和保礦力，分享一下自家經驗： DIY電解水：溫水500ml + 糖15g + 鹽1g +醋8g，有需要可沖多點備用。 DIY退熱貼：弄濕紗巾放冰格，用口罩將冰紗巾貼在額頭降溫。

值得記錄一下的一次下廚！
自從係Auckland the Depot食過佢份skirt steak之後一直都念念不忘。煮Outside Skirt都煮過四五次，終於連個炸洋蔥圈都還原埋，再改良一下加入一啲自己選料調配的炸漿及chimichurri sauce嘅味道，咁就要牛味有牛味，要惹味有惹味，終於做出一個自己比較滿意及有信心的菜式！期待下批白老鼠到來😅

葡式茶餐廳
這間食物水準一流，叫了一個咖哩牛坑腩飯和一個紅豆豬手飯，都是帶有葡式風味，份量足夠，真心推介，套餐還配飲品，價錢約50蚊一份，位於旅遊區新馬路附近，店舖有兩層，中午時段都是坐滿的。

很喜歡這個觀音像海濱休憩區，我兒子很喜歡這個設施，可自由堆砌自己喜歡的，享受玩耍樂趣之餘，學習不同技巧，身心平衡發展，總好過留在家中，格離還有很多遊樂設施，人流高峰期還需要出示預約號碼。
