Steem Basic Income
Steem Basic Income is a social experiment to bring a basic income to as many Steemians as possible. Members join by sponsoring others into the program. Steem Basic Income is delivered through providing regular upvotes to member content.
Enhanced Support Graph
We first published this graph that 'maps' the interrelationships in our member pool a few months ago. Here is our graph and analysis from last time we published it:

It only shows people that regularly upvote each other or @steembasicincome, but with multiple shares for bigger upvotes. That makes sense, because we have over 3000 active members across seven pools. All of those interrelationships would be too much for this chart.
There are a lot more interrelationships in our cluster this time, which we believe is a healthy development. I'd like to think that the opportunity to talk to each other in our discord channel contributes to that, along with the amazing contests that so many of our top members enjoy hosting!
Not too long ago, we published an interview with @andrewharland, so let's take a look at his enhanced votes graph.
This is an interesting grouping. We can definitely see his commitment to @steembasicincome, with presence in multiple pools, along with a few highly connected users that aren't part of @steembasicincome. To me that always indicates potentially interesting accounts that I should check out and consider following from my personal account! We can also see a few red llines where he helps to deal with abusive users. Very interesting graph!

Delegation Bonus Shares
Existing members can receive bonus shares by delegation. For every 10 SP delegated to @steembasicincome, members will receive 1 bonus share. (We were already considering this change, but finally took the leap in part because of feedback given by @andrewharland in his interview! So stop by his page and drop him a thank you if you delegate for bonus shares!) Any Steemian that is enrolled in @steembasicincome can delegate as much as they would like, to receive bonus shares. We will publish our delegation sources update again this week, so if you want your support showcased, now is your chance!

Enrollment
If you want to get involved, or to increase the share of basic income that you receive, enrollment is pretty straightforward:
any active Steemian, it does not have to be a current member.Just send 1 STEEM to @steembasicincome. Include the name of a Steemian to sponsor in the transaction memo (preceded by @). You and the person you sponsor will each receive 1 share in the program. You can sponsor

Or maybe we're not a scam, and you never read anything we post. The pools system is very clearly explained in the Complete overview, and in the FAQ. In addition, we refer to the pools system, give some level of explanation, or very clearly state that "Pool 4 votes come from @sbi4" in almost every post.
Can you please explain how your unwillingness to do basic research before signing up for something makes the thing that you signed up for a scam?

@steembasicincome We were in @sbi5 and have received votes from there, but now when I check the sheet I am in @sbi4 and I haven't received any upvotes on my last 2 posts. Please could you help me out and catch up with the votes? Our project is directly promoting yours, so we would appreciate if you could hold true to your word on provide us with the upvotes we're missing.
Will make sure that voting rules are setup correctly after your pool move. When were the posts? There was a few hours downtime on Friday.

If you sent 1 STEEM with @steemitnatural in the transaction memo, then each of you will receive one share.

The SBI shares granted for delegation will stay in effect forever or will they be taken away after a while?
Bonus shares from delegation stay in effect for as long as the delegation is in place. When the delegation is rescinded, the bonus shares are removed.

how would I go about gifting all of my shares to someone? (i think I have 3 in 2 diffrent pools) I tried to get on your discord but it says i have to have gina bot and I do not have or want ginabot. I just want to give my existing shares to another person.

Please send a 0.001 transaction with the request to @steembasicincome so that we can maintain an audit trail. We will validate that none of the shares were sponsored by the account they are being transferred.

Current price is 0.12 or 0.121 SBD for 200%, 250%, or 300% upvote based on tier level.
200% ($0.24) - Bronze Level - No requirements
250% ($0.30) - Silver Level - SteemAuto Upvote of 100% or $0.02 (whichever is possible)

Your account will show as active again on our next data pull and then you will be moved into a pool to start receiving upvotes again.

This is the 8th day I am waiting for my enrollment to be approved. I hope you act on it.
edit: Actually, I just checked your account. You've been getting votes from @sbi5, which is one of the pools.
That sounds frustrating, and I get it. Try to remember that SBI enrollments are manually done (and, so far as I know, by 1 person) and the people responsible just had their first kid. No matter how much you prepare for that life event, it will always throw everything else out of whack.
If you're worried about being scammed, I've been enrolling people in SBI for months now, and I can assure you they are legit.
I am not saying they aren’t legit... I just want to follow up the enrollment. I would like to know if the transaction will be carried or not.
I already had my first enrollment with them a month ago and its doing ok. My second registration and sponsor was not yet approved. The processing as they said in a reply to me is only 5-6 days.

I suggest don’t comment if you are not sure with what you gonna say. I respect the people of sbi. That is why I am calmly asking my question. What they have to do is reply to my question.
We only send confirmation transactions on original registration. When you get additional shares, they add to your count but you do not receive a followup confirmation.
If you were already getting your upvotes from @sbi5, you would need to check our tracking sheet to confirm whether your new enrollment was completed. Similarly, the person you sponsored would only receive a confirmation transaction if it was their initial enrollment.
It happens that the account you enrolled eight days ago received their transaction confirmation 3 days ago, which would have been at 5 days from when the transaction was received:
