Rasnov Fortress is the fortified ensemble located on the limestone hill, located in the south of Rasnov in Brasov County, one of the best preserved fortified ensembles in Transylvania. Râşnov Citadel controlled through its strategic position access to Transylvania from the Râşnoavei Valley.
