The habit of behaving as one's own sorrow with others is only to refuse to humiliate himself.
So, if sorrow is said to be, then who is the owner of the solution, who is the owner of sorrow, who is the owner of everything easy, submit your everything to Allah Almighty.
Keep in mind that it is not possible for any mother of the world to understand and solve the pain, agony of your mind.
So whatever you ask Allah to ask.
