Hellboy is a movie which is actually Based on a novel which is a graphic novels that was written by Mike Mignola, "Hellboy"is actually a supernatural kind of being who is really also the son of a fallen angel and he(hellboy) is actually been found and caught between the actual worlds of the supernatural and also the human,he actually had to battle an ancient kind of sorceress who is really bent on revenge....

MY PERSONAL THOUGHTS ABOUT THE MOVIE...
I have watched the previous hellboy film before and i must say that this current version of Hellboy disappointed me a bit and i was not very impressed with the movie the way i thought i would but it had a good storyline anyways...
BAD SCREENWRITING
Screenwriting is very important when trying to direct and produce a movie,sincerely the screenwriting of the movie is poor and it made it look like it was done by amateurs,common this is hollywood,the screenwriter/screenwriters can do better...the movie contained alot of redundant and also unnecessary or should i say overly long scenes,..
Well the Writer of the movie is " Andrew Cosby" who is a great writer but he is actually experienced majorly on TV shows but the fact is that writing a story is really different from creating a film screenplay and i feel the movie producers should have actually ensure they hire professional and seasoned screenwriters who will get the job done perfectly....
FAILED HUMOUR..
Yeah i know humour sometimes is necessary in an action movie and of course i also love humour in movies too but i must say that i was not impressed with the humour in the movie because it was actually lame and it was really cliched as it gets.... you can be funny without spoiling the fun of the movie..the humour part of the movie did not work out well...
AUDIO QUALITY
While i was watching the movie i noticed some kind of constant annoying Heavy Metal/Punk sounds which was really as atrocious and displeasing to the ears,,.there were some vocals in some scenes which was really overbearing,it was overbearing till the extent that i could not really make out anything of the dialogue..
DIRECTING OF THE MOVIE
The movie director did some good jobs in terms of cinematography and camera movements which was impressive,i must say bravo to the director of photography of the movie,he did a great job and i also love the picture quality of the movie....
AN ACTING THAT WAS ABOVE AVERAGE..
The acting was okay, i love the acting by the actor "Ian McShane",i was really impressed with his acting,the acting was not superb but it was kinda above average for me...
I do not really want to talk about the not-so-impressive CGI effects that was used in the movie,i want to assume the budget for the movie was the reason why the quality of the CGI effect was not really impressive because most times the budget determines the quality...but i thought the movie was a high budget movie??so i expect more quality from it...
I will rate the movie 7/10..please be aware that this is just my own personal opinion about the movie and it does not have to be the general opinion about the movie....
