I would apologise for bursting into giggles when I read about the worrying level of detail you were going into justifying everything that you'd included/put in your new office if I was actually sorry XD
The charging drawer is a really good idea.
Having a music teacher neighbour that I'm guessing is willing to help you learn your instruments is conveniently cool :D
I was going to go into even more detail, with a spreadsheet detailing the values of every item. Then, I could go into each draw, and examine each and every object, but that would be... silly. But I'm glad you got a laugh. :)
