It's good to see there are plenty of stakeholders unhappy with some of what they see here and are willing to do something about it.
I suspect that 1 'free' downvote may not be enough and think that mirroring the proposed 2.5 in Steems EIP might be required.
Also I think a daily report from a 'central' account on comments and maybe posts that are past upvote time but still in the payout window would be a good addition.
Then we can mostly focus on sports blogs as our content and dip into this report each day to find out who is in need of a little MC Hammer.
That would be awesome because searching for them is a pain in the ass xD

Yes a central account you could check would be very handy as looking for the right people to downvote is not really fun.
No fun at all, I can't focus on creating content if I spend time searching for abuse.
