After a long discussion on the future of steemit, especially in my region, I (@kharrazi) @vannour, @azirgraff, and @irza share the same vision, keeping the platform's ecosystem clean and maintained.
A clean steemit ecosystem of plagiarism, abuse, spam and other fraudulent things.
Considering not many Steemit users care about this or even not knowing it, it is appropriate that certain parties are willing to take the time to think and take action.
One of the major solutions to suppress plagiarism, spam and abuse are by giving users a direct understanding that the fraudulent ways they have done are a mistake.
I (@kharrazi), @vannour, @azirgraff, and @irza ended up talking about a specific training/workshop on abuse on this platform.
We realize that this is not an easy and fast thing because changing a person's character is a much more complicated thing.
The workshop we intend to discuss how users can create content that is free from abuse, including what is meant by abuse on the platform
Also how to find content that contains abuse, as well as accounts that do a suspicious activity.
Why is this important?
1. To keep the steemit ecosystem stable and secure.
2. Allowing abuse activities can enrich yourself, but make this platform dead.
3. In order to suppress abuse activity, we can only give direct understanding to steemit users.
4. Though you do not care what the price of steem today in the market because you get it by cheating but in fact, you have sacrificed the hope of many people in the future.
5. This is the solution because we are human, not robot.
We hope that this conversation can be realized about "abuse workshop" so, if you have any suggestions on how to form the Term of Reference (ToR) of this training/workshop you can contact me via steemit.chat and discord

After the holidays yesterday, I started my activities today by opening steemit. I feel lucky, because I opened the blog @kharrazi and read this article.
This article is very important to me and certainly for all new users active in this platform.
I hope, the plan to hold a workshop or training to provide knowledge and understanding for the beginner steemian, immediately implemented, and I want to register as a participant.

Totally agree with your post. Steemit should be clean and encourage real talent. Kudos to your efforts.
I deeply appreciate and support this idea. if required I might be ready to help write the big ide to term of refference (tor). And then, I think more people specially steemian must now about that. No plagiarism, abuse, spam, etc.

I strongly agree with the workshop plan to make the condition of this platform more ethical, away from plagiarism and harassment of a work.
I think this idea should be realized immediately, because it is urgent, the understanding of how to cite a source, sometimes we can not blame directly the stemian, because the level of education and insight someone is very different, so I agree if the training and workshop can be done immediately, this platform is getting better in content.

No doubt that the development of social media steemit very extraordinary, and users every second continues to grow, through a very vigorous campaign. Honestly I say the reward factor of a post becomes the main attraction of everyone to join, compared to other social media. But it is very unfortunate, after the account is accepted, beginners immediately post without guidance from its predecessors about what and how to produce quality posts on the steemit platform. As a result, novice users will feel disappointed with the results achieved, and in the end make him lose spirit. In my opinion, the workshop planned for new users is very, very useful.
