Thanks and I agree steemit inc needs to be the ones to at least delegate power to a witness controlled bot, that when the witnesses either all or a majority agree they can use the bot to deal with accounts like this.
That way it's controlled by the people through who they elect as witness, rather than the company itself regulating which is a bit against the goals of steemit - just one idea but it still has it's drawbacks and issues.
That's a good idea to built on.
