That's not true. Using a 3.5 max age voting bot does not imply you're not abusing the system and using a 6 >= max age voting bot doesn't mean you are. That's not logical. In fact, most victims aren't abusing the system at all and they're targeted specifically because of that.

It is fairer to say

If you're a victim, it's not personal. You are caught in a war between whales.
