Agreed! I'm new here, but it does seem to be just circles of people upvoting each other. It would be nice to see good content shine, but that likely won't be the case. It's just who has the largest circle of people upvoting each other. :/

Welcome to Steemit and thank you for the comment. The problem here is the amount of contents. Users are uploading sometimes 4 - 6 photos daily. How can you enjoy or look at it in a proper way? I am getting bored if I see so much content in a short period of time. Our eyes are flooded in the ocean of pictures...
